At Team Hachem, we offer a structured and flexible class schedule designed to suit all ages and skill levels. Our programs focus on technique, fitness, discipline, and competition readiness in a supportive community environment.

Boxing

Boxing 

Boxing classes emphasise proper technique, footwork, combinations, defence, and conditioning. Suitable for fitness, skill development, and sparring, these sessions help improve speed, coordination, endurance, and confidence.

Kickboxing Training Session

Kickboxing 

Kickboxing sessions combine striking techniques with high-energy conditioning. Classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, power, flexibility, and overall striking skills while maintaining a strong technical foundation.

Barehand boxing

Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai program caters to all levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced athletes training for competition. Classes focus on technique, conditioning, clinch work, pad training, and fight readiness in a structured and disciplined environment.

Children Exercising Together

Children Class

Designed specifically for young children from 5-12, these programs build confidence, focus, discipline, and fitness. Training supports physical development, social skills, and positive behaviour in a safe and structured environment.

Women Boxing Training

Women Class Only

Our female-focused sessions provide a supportive, empowering space for women to train confidently. Classes emphasise technique, strength, self-confidence, and skill development, with options for fitness or competition pathways.

One-on-one personalised training tailored to individual goals, abilities, and support needs. Ideal for NDIS participants, injury recovery, beginners, or those seeking focused development in strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Class Membership

At Team Hachem, we offer flexible and affordable weekly memberships designed to suit both adults and children, with access to professional coaching and a supportive training environment. Weekly Membership Pricing Adults: $59 per week Children: $49 per week What’s Included Unlimited access to scheduled classes Training across multiple disciplines Professional and experienced coaches Safe, structured, and supportive environment Programs suitable for beginners to advanced levels Confidence, discipline, and fitness development Full access to all gym equipment and machines for core and strength training Our memberships are ideal for those training for fitness, self-confidence, personal development, or competition. With no long-term lock-in, you can train consistently while enjoying the benefits of a strong martial arts community.

Trial Class

At Team Hachem, we proudly offer a free trial class to all new members. This gives you the opportunity to experience our professional coaching, supportive community, and structured training environment before making a commitment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our free trial class allows you to see how we train, meet our coaches, and find the program that best suits your goals.

Personal Training (PT) Classes

Our Personal Training sessions are available at an affordable price starting from $50 per 30 minutes, tailored to suit your individual goals and training needs. PT sessions can focus on core and strength training or martial arts training, depending on your preference. Training is delivered by our experienced coaching team, including Head Coach Joe, Coach Anthony, or Coach Deeyana. PT Training Options Include: * Core and strength conditioning * Martial arts technique and skill development * Fitness and conditioning * Beginner to advanced training levels * One-on-one personalised coaching Whether you’re training for fitness, confidence, skill development, or competition, our PT sessions provide focused, results-driven coaching in a supportive environment.

Two-Class Pass – Weekly Membership

Team Hachem offers a Two-Class Pass for $39 per week, allowing you to attend 2 classes per week. Each class runs for one hour. Payment is made via direct debit. We recommend calling us or visiting the gym to set up your membership and secure your place.
